Our Easy Return Policy
Oh no! You’re not satisfied with your slippers? This just won’t do!
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your slippers. If you’re not, we’re not.
That’s why we offer a generous return policy:
- No questions asked (although we’d appreciate your feedback)
- Simply return your unused slippers within 30-days of purchase
- We will refund your entire purchase price
- If you’re returning your slippers because of a defect, we’ll also pay for the return postage after we inspect and confirm the defect
Terms and Conditions
- Slippers must be in new condition—if you’ve romped around in them please just do the right thing
- Please include the original packaging (the cute little bag and tag)
- Please be sure you get a tracking number for your return shipment (we’re not responsible for lost-in-the mail returns)
- It’s a good idea to use “signature required” postage too
- Include your billing name, delivery address and phone number so we can identify you and process the refund quickly
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to the credit card you used to purchase within 24 hours (Please keep in mind that it may take your bank/credit card company 3-7+ business days to credit your account, which is totally out of our control)
